My focus on consistency in site architecture and design detail led to my designation as Senior Designer in charge of cross-site design standards for MTV.com. Working with site design parameters set in early 2002, I developed an intranet styleguide reference for designers and producers. I was also lead designer in a variety of facelifts implemented on the homepage, hub pages and cross-site navigation, as well as a template for dynamic show content.
